I'm making a conscious effort to do some more fashion posts. Since moving, my home life has been all a bit up in the air, not forgetting my wardrobe split between two houses, so access hasn't been all that easy!
But that hasn't stopped me shopping!
With the seasons changing, this calls for a reassess of my wardrobe. Typical moans that I don't have any clothes for the summer weather and more excuses to head to the shops in search of a new look so I can channel some boho summer vibes.
Shopping is my stress release, cliche as it sounds, its one of the hobbies I most enjoy, and does fill me with those positive happy hormones. There's not much a little retail therapy couldn't cure, apart from my bank balance.
I recently bought this button down a-line denim skirt from Miss Selfridge, I've been on the lookout, they seem to be everywhere from denim to suede, although I'd like both, I knew I wanted to start off with a simple denim number; a fab summer wardrobe accessory.
Fringed vests and tops are crowding the up-coming festival scene. I had to join the party when I saw this fringed long sleeved top from HM. The sleeves are wide and loose, and there's a bunch of buttons down the front.
I also came these Birkenstock sandals, stocked at my local Tkmaxx. I've wanted a pair since last summer and they are selling them for £25 a pair as opposed to their regular retail price of £40-£60. These sandals scream pure comfort and are a must have for anybody's summer wardrobe.
