I got thinking this morning, i was in the middle of writing my daily to-do-list (as always) filled with tasks still not completed from the day before - useless me! And it got me thinking about some actual things i need to physically be able to TICK off my list and some in life we generally should be doing more of.

Love this post :) I'm a huge list maker as well, I actually find myself getting frustrated in the morning if I don't have much on my list for the day :P Top of my list at the minute is to find a job!

DeleteI love this post :) It such a cool idea. I have to say I disagree with number 1 and 5 though. Being a weirdo is a good thing it means you have something that others don't and that's what makes you your own individual person. don't hate it flaunt it! haha
ReplyDeleteAlso being skinny isn't something that's worth striving for. I don't mean to offend when I say this by the way just trying to give friendly adivce..
I've struggled with being underweight my whole life (due to a health issue unrelated to eating disorders or anything like that) and it's definitely been a struggle there are a lot of issue that people just don't realise like having problems with low blood sugar. I can't go more then 5 hours without eating because I don't have enough stored upenergy to sustain myself so I'll just collapse and not be able to move until I eat again. I also pull the muscles in my back whenever it's cold because I cannot retain body heat due to having no body fat (therefore always cold/shivering). I also can't build muscle properly because I can't workout without eating an extremely high calorie, high fat meal first which makes me sick. Also trying to find clothes that fit is rather difficult since most stores only stock sizes 8+.
Basically what I'm trying to say is you should strive for is to be healthy not skinny. Workout, eat well, avoid junk food. Those things are good for you and will make you feel good on the inside which shows on the outside and looks a million times better then being "skinny". Just my two cents and please feel free to disreguard my adivce if you don't find it helpful or relevant :)
Sorry i didnt mean to offend! Generally in myself to feel happier with my body i meant i want to be more toned etc. Then i will generally feel better about myself :)
