Currently in love with ASOS Smock DressesI own a few smocks myself & personally they are one of my favourite items of clothing. They are so loose and baggy but at the same time so flattering to the figure. They don't hug your body but are such perfect pieces for a casual or dressed up day. Teamed with a bowler hat, tan boots and a shoulder bag these are ideal festival outfits.
I have picked off a few of my favourites from the ASOS website below;
ASOS Smock Dress with Elephant Print: £36
I've had my eye on this dress for a while now, i really love the mix of the orange and black together. Made with gathered pleats i can imagine this will have a really light, baggy fit.
This beautiful 'Lashes of London' smock dress available through the ASOS website. Personally i think the yellow tipped sleeves make the design and help to give some contrast to the white lace
detailing. It features a fitted waist but also has a 'fit and flare' design featured on the lower skirt part.
ASOS Smock Dress in Festival Print: £36
Again this smock features a fitted waist but with a softly pleated skirt with a 'fit and flare' shape. I really like the festival print design on this, the design is quite simple but works really well and can be accessorized with boots or heels / bag / hat / jacket.

ASOS Denim Smock Dress: £40
I'm really into denim at the moment and this smock dress from ASOS is gorgeous. I love the styling with the rolled up sleeves so the lighter washed out denim colour is also present. I like the fact is has long sleeves because a lot of the current denim trend at the moment are sleeveless pieces or pinafores and dungarees. And with the state of the weather right now i think we may be needing a few more options with sleeves!!
ASOS Smock Dress in Pastel Aztec Print: £38
My favourite part of this dress is the lace up detailing on the back, which is also the fastening. So i assume you could make it looser if you wanted. It boasts a relaxed and regular fit again with soft pleat detail. With emphasis on the waist but a loose pleated skirt. The mix of pastel colours and aztec patterns also contrasts really well and would be a great festival piece.

ASOS Smock Dress in Jacquard Tree Texture: £38
This one features a more simple black design with some lace detailing. However, it means you can go bolder with accessories! I also like the shorter sleeves which are quite loose fitted. The relaxed fit again means it is very loose and perfect for a slouchy day.
These are so lovely, but unfortunately I don't feel like they suit me at all and I just feel frumpy in them!
